Jim was very informative and kept very good contact throughout the duration of finding a shipper. He was readily available and took care of any concerns I had along the way.

Shipping a vehicle was a new experience for me when I first put in for a quote I didn’t realize it went into a queue that many people started contacting me. Some of them obviously shady and one that was so bad the Better Business Bureau wouldn’t rate them ever and listed all the complaints. Misty at mercury. Transport took the time to explain everything to me. Also sent me information of the 10 things to look forward to company and to watch out for which that one business hit them all! Misty was a huge help and after we agreed on a company and did the contract she continued to check in with me to make sure things were OK and pick up happened and that I was OK with the service I was getting. Mercury is a very thorough company. I would recommend and use them again..

Door to door service. I have shipped cars before and I will say this whole process went smooth as butter. Luis Marrero was my broker at Mercury Auto Transport. He kept in informed every step of the way. Called them on Monday and the car was delivered on Friday the same week. 5 stars. I will use them again if I need another car shipped. Shout out to Carlos the transport driver who got my (baby) a 66 Fairlane to her new home. Thank you guys. Tim

Excellent performance in delivering my vehicle from the East to the West Coast. Was kept informed frequently of progress across country, and pick up and delivery were handled with care and professionalism. Drew (our coordinator) handled all the logistics with great organization. Vehicle had no issues or damage upon delivery. Excellent work! Mark

Lawrence updated me daily with the progress of my request and was always professional and easy to contact and speak to.

Spencer Thomas was very helpful in the move of my vehicles. The move was complicated by changing weather conditions that made the move impossible at times, necessitating several changes in timing. Spencer was patient and accommodating with the changes I needed to make.
