Ben
Service was good and delivery was on time. Product was excellent, qith quality exceeding my expectations. My only complaint is that the initial setup of the product was made difficult by the fact that the instructions had been poorly translated from Chinese to English, so it took a while to get it functioning the way I needed it to. Other than that, 5-star recommendation for sure!
Response from MerchantService.com Inc.Jan 15, 2018
Thank you Ben, we completely understand, the manufacture actually prints the setup guides. We will put in a request to see if there is anything they can do on their end. Thank you again for the review.

I'm hoping that things have changed for the better. The last few times I called for a problem were hassle-free. Previously there were some issues, mainly with communication.

The service we've received for 3 or 4 years (all our years with Merchant Service) is very good. The only reason I haven't checked 5 stars is that I believe we could save money elsewhere.
Response from MerchantService.com Inc.Jan 15, 2018
Thank you Melon for the review. Please contact Adam or Jack and we can go over your interchange pass through rate program.
