Poor Security Protocol and Service to rectify
We are a small local pub. Over $4000 in charges from a Spanish bank that never went through our business are now coming through our Merchant Service account andnwe are being mailed dispute letters. We are getting no help or response from Merchant Services even with multiple phone calls and faxes. I have grave issues with their security and safety protocols for their clients. We are terrified of a financial fallout as we speak just this month.

We also only operate in the US not Spain. Additionally, if any dispute or chargeback correspondence were legitimately issued by our company, it would originate only from our official mailing address: PO Box 819 Palmetto, FL 34220 Any dispute letters coming from any other address or foreign banks are not associated with MerchantService.com Inc. “Merchant Services” is a generic industry term used by hundreds of unrelated companies, and unfortunately, misdirected reviews do occur. Based on the facts presented, it appears this review has been posted for the wrong company.
