Merchant focus has good communication, easy to reach and will work with you when problems arise. We have been assisted by Drew Smith and Liz Walker, both have done excellent service in keeping us informed and addressing any issues encountered. Honestly Merchant Focus has done quite a lot to accommodate and help us. We needed to change our online sales venue, our business name/ bank processor, etc… all was done quickly and with minimal drama. Currently we are having a problem with a bank we process with and Drew is trying to help us navigate their contradictory requirements. Merchant Focus does help one to navigate the shark infested waters. I hope they keep this high standard and continue to improve as a business.

I had a complicated issue regarding a credit for credit card fees. I contacted Sherry Friley, the Strategic Sales Manager for Merchant Focus and she was all over it. She contacted people in different departments and followed up to make sure that the matter would be resolved. The greatest thing was that she didn't just to the bare minimum as so many customer service people do. She took on the issue as her responsibility to make sure that it was resolved quickly. She always responded quickly to my communications and followed through on her promises. Great job Sherry and Merchant Focus!
