I had a LOT of questions and my customer service person (John) never seemed to mind and was very attentive (and patient) in answering all of them. This was our first time printing up band shirts and we wanted to get them right. They came out great!! They also went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the print on the various sizes of shirts. The only slight issue we had is that we asked for the artwork to be printed at 12" in size (which they did). After seeing the shirts I think 11" would have looked better but that's no fault of Merchly. They did exactly what we asked for. Next time we'll print them a little smaller. Overall, very happy customer! Thx Merchly!!!

Awesome, excellent, balissimo!!

It took us a long time to figure out what we wanted to do, and we had a lot of questions along the way. The Merchly support folks responded promptly to every question and were exceptionally patient, helpful and accommodating through that whole process. Once we decided on our plan the Merchly website was very easy to use for uploading and positioning the artwork and placing our order. The shirts arrived sooner than promised and looked great. Would definitely recommend.

So easy. Great experience. There was a small issue with the ink color. So Merchly emailed me to let me know the actual color was different from how it appeared on screen. They apologized for the glitch. Hadn’t they took the time to care and reach out to me, my order wouldnt have been what I wanted. So because of their commitment to quality I was able to still get exactly what I wanted. Great company and I will put my reorder in as soon as we sell out of our merch!!!!

Merchly customer service was very helpful since this was my first experience. I am very happy with the shirts and will be a return customer.
