My graphic had points too fine for the printing, and my representative went above and beyond assisting me to edit my design to meet the requirements and still look like what I wanted. We emailed back and forth for fine tuning for several days and she was kind, patient, responsive, and quick. I can't stress enough how helpful they were in this process for my design. My only complaint is that you can't get a test single order, only bulk. This makes sense looking at their process, but when they came in, I really wished I placed my logo much lower on the shirt. It made me pretty disappointed in the final product for something small that I would have liked to see in person before bulk spending. Especially after all the effort on their behalf, I was a bit saddened to have wished I made a subtle tweak that I could have fixed with a sample. Mostly satisfied overall though - I've never had such great support! I still highly recommend. I guess just take it upon yourself to really meditate over the preview, and *know that the size of the logo doesn't scale up on larger shirts*. It will shrink in comparison with larger sizes and will thus *not match the preview* in that case! :)

Dealt with Mercury twice now and both times things were very smooth. The only area that is concerning is after I really liked the shirt material on the first order the second order was supposed to be the same but it wasn’t.

Fast and easy process. Some of my tees had bleed from on color onto another on the shirts so that was a bit of a miss for me, but other than that, it was a quick a smooth experience.

They did everything they said they would do.

Very satisfied with the product and service in general, but would like to see more color options across the board as well as multiple colors on products within one order.

Great products and on time. Only four stars 'cause I wish the price was lower still. :)
