An entire part of our logo was missing from our T-shirts and the quality of the T-shirts were cheaper/thinner than expected.

Prints are not centered correctly for each shirt. Ink is very thick. The proof setup process is a bit misleading as I was a bit unhappy with placement. I will be using another vendor next time.

Great customer service but we usually receive mock up designs for personal websites, I didn’t receive that. That to me is one of the best qualities or your service.

15 out of 100 of my CD's were badly damaged. All other times have been pretty good, only 1 or 2 but this shipment was the worst. I emailed the company. Haven't heard back yet.

Merchly doesn't sell CDs but I was thinking that you probably ordered them from our sister company Disc Makers so I sent a message to one of the managers over there and asked them to contact you.
