When I emailed them regarding which figurines were which item tags, they went out of their way to edit their website to be more convenient for future customers by labeling the item tags with descriptive names instead of codes and numbers, as well as making it so that when the user clicks on an option, the gallery turns to preview the chosen item. So that was super appreciated and I think it does improve their website a lot! I think the fact that support responded to me is a good sign too. Also at the end of it, they gave me a discount code for a future purchase! My friend ended up really liking the figurines I got for her and they looked just like how they did in the gallery! Thank you very much!
