The ordering process was simple and the product was sent out immediately. However, the pictures of the product and the color listed on the site did not match, so when ordering I listed green but it showed a red shirt and I was not confident as was going to get what I asked for.

The customer service is exceptional! I love this shop and am so happy with my purchases but even more impressive was the customer service I received. The employee was helpful, professional, kind and very informative with the necessary information I was looking for. He went above and beyond to assist me and I greatly appreciated all the genuine effort and concern on my behalf. It’s been over 4 weeks since I…
It’s been over 4 weeks since I purchased my item and I am still waiting for delivery. Every time I check the tracking link provided by customer support it keeps saying my package is on the way and will be delivered in 5 days. It has said this for the last 4 days.
