Henselmans PT CourseReviews of mennohenselmans.com

If you want to get an all-round understanding of all relevant topics related to fitness and nutrition, all backed up by scientific literature, this is the right course for you. It will take a lot of time and dedication because the amount of information presented is vast, but it's worth the time and money!

If you would like to become a PT, to improve your PT knowledge/skills/expertise, but also if you would like to take your strength training to a higher level then this is definitely the right course. It contains practically all relevant information to master strength training and every piece of information is treated within a very scientific approach. Not all the time science can offer us answers, but within the course, you will find that every aspect in fitness and strength training world has a way of implementation even when science-based evidence is scarce. With a high focus on the practical application, the course will also guide you through the most important part of a PT job - the practical approach. Overall I would say that this course is the best investment that one can make for developing fitness and strength training knowledge.

Worth every penny and then some! I cannot imagine how you could offer a more comprehensive course. It is challenging, especially for someone that is 30 years from college but worth the effort. I am not a fitness professional. I took the course so I could better manage my own health and fitness and it has been so helpful and empowering. I am still studying and learning. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity. Menno’s course sets the bar high, where it should be.

Out of my 4 years as an in person PT and taking roughly a dozen continuing education courses this one has been the most thorough & scientifically referenced by a long shot with tons of practical application. Would highly recommend it to anyone serious about improving the results of their clients or their own!
