John
The anti shine powder did not come with an applicator

Hello John, thank you for your feedback. All of our High Definition Anti-Shine Powders come with an applicator pad inside the compacts. If one was missing from your order, please let us know and we will take corrective action.

Unfortunately the order did not arrive in time for the job on which it was needed. I specifically marked that I needed it two day and that it was shipping to a business address. It was shipped two day but there was a delay and the shipping notification changed from by 4pm to by 9pm (like a residential shipment would be). My mail facility was closes at 6pm so 9pm delivery was not an option. They were very nice and offered me a product return and the like but what I needed was the products on time.
