I ordered a 4 GB Sandisk III memory stick pro duo from the website and got the item on time as expected. The price is cheaper,($25) comparing to other web site at $35/each. I took one star off because the memory does not come in a case but in a plastic bag instead. Other than that, it is fast as expected.

I've used Memory Suppliers for both home and office needs and found that not only have the choices been cheaper then most other options - but also reliable... delivery was a little slow on one of my orders but otherwise these guys are the best for memory needs.

I searched several websites and found that memorysuppliers had a really good deal on several different memory cards. I did get a mismatch on a micro SD card and the reader in one package, but I could make use of the mismatched parts anyway.

I found the experience to be very satisfactory. A few issues poped up with accepting the discount codes but the service team fixed it right away.

Pricing was very competitive, but shipping took longer than anticipated.

Shipping delivery was a little slow, but everything else went well. The item is really good and the price is excellent. I recommend this company to others.

*** UPDATE - After an initial experience that was not up to par, Yan took it upon himself to send me the correct parts, plus a flash drive, at no charge. He bent over backwards to win me over as a satisfied customer and I must commend his committment to customer service - and ammend my rating. *** Initially, I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. Memory Suppliers shipped me the wrong memory. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, they told me I would have to PAY return shipping cost to get the wrong memory that they sent to me, sent back to them. When I complained that I didn't feel it right that I should have to pay return shipping for their mistake, they sent me a return email indicating they'd reimburse me the shipping costs. Although I have received confirmation that they received the returned memory, and confirmation that they credited my card with the purchase price of the memory I returned, I have not received credit for shipping charges that I incurred as a result of their mistake. I have sent multiple emails requesting that they honor their stated intent to reimburse me for these shipping costs, they have completely ignored my communications. Basically, the sum total of my experience with Memory Suppliers is that I am out-of-pocket for shipping, and return shipping costs, for memory they shipped me in error. That’s a pretty poor way to treat a customer.
