I placed many orders online over the Christmas holiday. One place aggravated me because I had to get a Paypal account which when all was said and done, caused my order to take 5 days to complete, which is ridiculous in this day and age. That was just to order, just order. Not payment confirmation, which took another day. It was just to order. I'm still waiting for a dvd from the history channel that I purchased mid December last year. It is now February. One item, though expensive, didn't function well. In fact it didn't function at all.
