I ordered the wrong Ram upgrade for my Acer laptop. Contacted them and was issued a RMA (return authorization) within 1 day. I returned my RAM by US priority mail and they shipped the correct one same day they received my return. Great prices and responsive. i would recommend using MemoryStock.

Not the first time I have bought memory from MemoryStock and have always been most satisfied. This time, however, I was not sure of the specs of what memory I needed so I placed and paid for an order. Then I had second thoughts and wanted more memory for the same machine Went on line and chatted and and asked for help: I decided to get larger sticks and was subsequently emailed the prices etc. I,m using an older machine and decided that the expense wasn't worth it. Memory stock cancelled the first order and refunded all monies paid. They were most courteous and very understanding. Full marks to Sam and his team. Recommend Memorystock without any reservations. Incredible service. Excellent communication. Memory stock is the best company I have ever traded with online. I ordered 4x8GB RAM to upgrade my old HP xw6600 Workstation. The package was hit during transport and two kits (16GB) were damaged. Memory stock immediately without its responsibility, returned the money to me for the two kits.
