Have not received my product yet. Also, the tax on the item purchased was much higher than the Michigan tax normally applied. I reached out to the company but they did not respond to my inquiry. UPDATE: I just received a single tool instead of a set of five as were pictured on the website. Contacted customer service and have an AI response so far. Thanks

My order arrived in time for displaying for America's 250 year celebration! After ironing the banners (I purchased two), one will be displayed at my home. The other, at our local post office here in Bodega Bay, Ca., located about 70 miles North of San Francisco!
