Order Never Received-Poor Customer Service
I ordered the oversize wallet that was shipped from Ireland. The tracking process was timely but updated regularly. I received notification on June 1 that my item was delivered via USPS...it was not. I waited a couple day to notify Support just in case mail carrier overlooked my item. The response from support was the worst customer service I have ever had. I followed all the steps, per their suggestions, asked neighbors, went to Post Office (to which they informed me that the tracking number was not one of theirs) checked my cameras ( I have multiple). All of this were suggestions from support before they would even discuss any type of refund or re-ship. Finally after 7 emails back and forth I requested proof of delivery, via signature or picture to which the response was "We delivered your item to the address you entered at time of purchase" with some bar codes....I was really looking forward to receiving this item. The customer service was horrible, guessing their money back guarantee is as good as their customer service. I would NEVER EVER recommend purchasing anything through this company. It's a SCAM!!

Wish I’d had this pill container long ago!
The tracking information was really good for this product. Why didn’t I have this years ago?! It makes taking my pills so much easier. I had a heart attack and the amount of pills I take increased. Not only does filling a month’s supply of pills make taking them easier, but I’m not confronted with the medication increase as often has refilling weekly. Love this product!

Exercise equipment When I first opened the parcel
When I first opened the parcel, I was disappointed that there wasn’t even any suggestions for doing exercises. I am handicapped and only able to do exercises lying in the bed. I was also disappointed that I don’t think the quality is that great. I would like to return the item.
