It has to be clipped onto a sturdy strap. I tried on my collar but it just pulls it down and you get no air from it.

It took forever to receive the item and when it got here it didn't look anything like the advertisement. It was advertised to look like a quality piece which it is not. It is the cheapest looking item I have ever ordered. It is probably made in China and travels all over the globe before it reaches you. Most people ordered this item thinking it was made in the United States and would be proud to display it as we celebrate by our 250th anniversary. You should be ashamed selling such a piece of crap

This flag was advertised as being of the highest quality and workmanship. It is definitely not! Very cheap construction.

I appreciated periodic updates about the status of the order and the product is much sturdier than I expected.

The item itself is pretty flimsy. Cheap looking. Very disappointing. On the other hand, the company was very good about letting me know where the package was.
