I paid a lot extra to have in 5-6 days…
I paid a lot extra to have in 5-6 days and it’s 2weeks and I still haven’t received the item!!!!????!!!?? So I guess you already are asking for review I’d say it’s a scam

Not what I expected
The ornament I received was just a rectangle. Not like the picture I ordered. Also there was no ribbon. Disappointed.

I’m so sorry for the disappointment—I can’t believe my team dropped the ball on this. Trust me, I’m just as frustrated as you are. Your ornament should have been exactly as shown, down to the last detail. I’ve already spoken with my team to make sure this doesn’t happen again, and a new ornament with the correct design and ribbon is on its way to you. Thank you for giving me the chance to make this right. Again, I’m truly sorry for the mix-up.
