Items were prepared for shipment right away, the email notifications and updates along the way were helpful and informative. There was never any question as to the status of the order from the time I clicked purchase to when it arrived on my porch. I'll be using Memorabilia Displays again for sure!!

Hi Michael - Wish you would have reached out to us! I will send you an email now, but interested to know what thickness of card you are trying to display? These graded card holders are best for standard card slabs. Also, let us know if you are having issues with hanging the case. We are happy to start the refund process if you aren't happy!

Came different how I expected, but that usually means it’s a customer error. Everything on the company side was perfect. If you buy something, it will show up.

Hi Troy- We just emailed you back. I am very sorry for the delay on the wall mounted glass display case, but we do call out in the product description and on our confirmation these cases can take up to 10 business days to ship, which the 10th day is tomorrow when it will go out. We will expedite your shipping so you can get the case and I hope you will re-consider your review once your receive the case. Please call or email us back if you have any other questions.

All together a great experience! I was able to “shop” on line, track my order, and it arrived exactly when promised. The packaging protected the display case perfectly and the finish was exactly as pictured. My husband was thrilled to have such a quality case to display his treasures!
