I just read another review and I am experiencing the same situation: Namely, I purchased an expensive table on 9/12/26. It is now 10/2/26 and I have received no manner of communication from them. I've called their 212 number and 877 number numerous times and nobody has responded. The answering service at those numbers has no idea what's going on and it looks like this company is a complete scam. I will have to involve my bank as well. Please be forewarned and stay away from this business!!!

I ordered a dining room table from them on September 12 and my credit card was charged $2,340 that day. The company took my money and never shipped the table. In the weeks since, I have called Customer Service 4 times and emailed twice trying to understand the status of the order. They've never returned a single call or email. At this point, I've had to involve my bank to dispute the transaction, and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm sad to report this company is a sham and I would not risk getting defrauded like I did.

My experience was good. I bought a beautiful deep green sage velvet couch and it is as pretty as I expected and has been lasting really well.

Placed an order for a sideboard on July 17. 8 days later, received an email stating my item would be shipped soon, followed up by an email stating that was a mistake and the items is backordered until October. This is too long to wait, so I need a refund. Have repeatedly called the customer service number and it rings with no answer. Have also not received any follow up via email. Terrible customer service. Avoid ordering from Memoky. Disappointed as the store has some good reviews. Update: After posting this review, I received an email followed by a phone call from Jacob at Memoky. He explained that they are in the process of moving, and that their inventory system has changed and subsequently things have been out of date. He is refunding my money, and stated that when the item is back in stock he will let me know so that I can repurchase. I will update the review again when/if I am able to purchase the item. Happy that he did he did the right thing from a customer service perspective. Hope to be able to update to 5 stars when/if I receive the item!

Perfect delivery and perfect product!

It’s been several weeks since I placed my order but the item is still not shipped. This item is $1300. I would expect this sooner or at least some clearer information and updates on shipping timelines.

Our order was lost in shipment through no fault of Memoky. Jacob was instrumental in finding the product we ordered and getting it delivered to us undamaged. Now that we have it, we love the product and would recommend Memoky. We would definitely order again from this company. Thank you Jacob!
