great technical help - prompt and very helpful

Customer service is great. I'm working on setting up a Members Only section on a website for a nonprofit organization. I've had lots of questions and when I can't find answers in the documentation, I just email and they are so quick to respond and patient. I've also gone to one of their live support hours. We don't even use most of the Memberspace features (since we don't collect dues online) but it's been great to have a tool that lets us put part of our site behind a wall.

I contacted them because I wanted to do the email campaign and they were very responsive and got me taken care of within couple hours. Amazing. Amazing customer service.

I am very happy with the customer support! They are super service oriented, always reply fast and try to find the best solution (even for the not so obvious problems). Thanks a lot, such good support is unfortunately no longer a matter of course..
