Great customer service but Memberspace was unable to perform what I needed. Chelsea was AMAZING. She was responsive (with real options) and asked for clarity before moving forward. It is not her fault that the Memberspace system couldn't do what I needed (transfer paid account status/subscription) but she quickly processed my refund.
