Bad battery
Love the jacket but only had it 3 days & the battery receptacle pulled out from the battery making it unusable. Waiting for reply from customer service now. Customer svc replied promptly & said they shipped me out a new battery the next day but will take a week or so to arrive. Happy customer here (as long as I do receive the battery next week).
