Walking heated jacket
Got my jacket and used it on weekend for my long walks in cold weather in Massachusetts and was kept warm the whole trip! I enjoy winter walks but even more now.

Bad battery
Love the jacket but only had it 3 days & the battery receptacle pulled out from the battery making it unusable. Waiting for reply from customer service now. Customer svc replied promptly & said they shipped me out a new battery the next day but will take a week or so to arrive. Happy customer here (as long as I do receive the battery next week).

When I received the jacket I tried it on and it looked good. Then I hooked up the battery and tried the heating element and was convinced how warm it kept me. I really like it. Thank you.
