Although the bag took a week short of month to get delivered and the wallet still hasn't been delivered, my mom (who i bought the bag for) loves it. She gave me a big hug and said she's using it tomorrow......also I love the emails, they always seem personal and just for me.....i also love the bag and it's bigger than I expected

My wife is going to love this purse…
My wife is going to love this purse once she gets it on Valentine’s Day. This bag was supposed to be for Christmas, it didn’t arrive so I figured, maybe for her birthday, still nothing. I guess the holidays are busy for Melanista. Anyways, it is here and I’m waiting on the wallet. Hopefully it will be here before Valentine’s.

I was scared that I wouldn't receive my…
I was scared that I wouldn't receive my bags. The Rise and Slay is prefect. My work laptop, folders, charger, badges and pens all have a prefect location to fit in the bag. The rectangular structure sits up well and steady. It was worth the wait!!!

Look Like Picture Advertised
I finally received the bag I ordered for a Christmas gift. It took over a month to arrive because it's shipping from China which happens to be there manufacturing warehouse. The bag looks like an exact replica of the picture advertised on the website. Buyers please have patience and allow a lot of time for delivery when ordering for special occasions. To track package I would suggest you download 17TRACK app or track from the website which updated much slower than the app. My bag eventually arrived through the post office delivery with no updated post office tracking number. I rated 4 stars because shipping takes a long time.

The checkout process was smooth and…
The checkout process was smooth and efficient. The product looks better in person as well. My only issues would be the shipping aspect, it took a bit of time and the tracking isn't the best but other than that lovely company.

My experience is mixed. I was wondering when will items arrive and two wallets finally arrived yesterday. Still waiting on the actual purse (×2). So far, the quails seems alright. Will give further review once arrived.

The shipping time was long
The shipping time was long, however, my products did arrive. Jennifer with customer service responded to my email requests asking for my products. I am aware that busy seasons can be chaotic and also shipping companies can have internal issues such as when employees go on strike. I’m not sure what all happened to delay my gifts, but I am satisfied with my purchases. The wallet arrived before the satchel/purse but it arrived personalized. I paid extra for it and I erroneously thought the wallet would be personalized as well. If I order again, I’d like to have both wallet and satchel personalized. I ordered November 20 and both items were in my possession December 26. I am glad that I got a response from Jennifer and that I received my order.
