I ordered bags and wallets from…
I ordered bags and wallets from Zodiora, which I later found out is the same company as Melanista. I thought it was a black owned company. They outsource to China. I ordered the end of November or 1st week December, the orders have been coming in drips and drabs. I did not get them until January 2025. Just got 1 bag today 1/17/25 and still am missing the matching wallets. I love the products but the delivery service is HORRIBLE. They offered me a bag for my troubles, I guess I will get it by Christmas 2025.

I love the bag, but not what I expected or ordered
I love the bag, but the time it took to arrive was frustrating, as it is a Christmas gift that arrived in January 14. Then it arrived with the first two letters of my sister’s 7 letter name. And then it came with no wallet. Not happy about this purchase at all. There is no number to call and my email has not been responded to

I ordered my bag for a Christmas gift…
I ordered my bag for a Christmas gift for my wife. As of today, I still have not received the bag. I did receive the free wallet which my wife really likes, but my original order was made on December 11th. That's over as month ago. It's bad enough that it has taken this long, but I keep getting emails from you folks trying to sell me something else. It's very irritating to receive another email about purchasing something else when I have not received my original order.

For a $300 bag the packaging was poor
For a $300 bag the packaging was poor, it looked like I ordered a cheap temu product. It is a gift and My bag was creased so bad I had half a mind to return it. It took 6 weeks to receive and the quality of the bag is said to be patina leather but feels fake. Sorry Melanista this is my first and last time ordering with you all. The free leather wallet was decent and honestly way better quality.

Dropshipper pretending to be handcrafted in the US
The website makes it seem like the purses are produced by hand in America, but the purses are just dropshipped from China. Very long lead time for delivery and no tracking once the items arrive in the US. I ordered two purses as gifts early and mid-December and only a wallet has arrived. The purse that was sent first still is missing somewhere and support only can say sorry. The second purse hasn't even left China yet.

Product not received
Tired of all the spam emails from Michelle. I simply would like the product I order on 12/2 for Christmas which obviously didn't arrive in time. Very misleading to have a NY address but ships from China. My order state it was finally shipped, without the tracking details. If it doesn't come this week, I will cancel the cancel the order expecting a refund

Santa Clause SKIPPED My House - this service is ghetto
I have received a very beautiful wallet for Christmas. I'm all packed and ready for my New Year's trip WITH NO PURSE!!!! I PICTURED MYSELF BOARDING THE PLANE WITH MY PURSE. It was ordered on November 20th....JCW00003003965 MELINISTAB-4598 BY R. DRAKE for me.... disappointed ME. Sad ME...the me that is encouraging him to contact his credit card company because I feel like this is a scam. I can't imagine what could possibly be done to rectify this horrible customer service. As a black woman, I have put off sharing because I want so bad to be supportive. As a customer, consumer and business person, I can't imagine NOT being contacted with some type of apology, refund, or discount. Definitely, not on a future purchase, but on the funds that were spent on an imaginary gift.

I placed an order for 2 handbags on…
I placed an order for 2 handbags on November 28 and still have NOTreceived them. The tracking gives very little info on when you will receive the order. This is a Christmas gift for 2 people. Today is December 21 and I am very disappointed that the order is not here. I spent 186.00 dollars on these purses so I feel that I should at least get a 50%discount. I may never order from here again.
