It was my first purchase I made from your site which once I pick the character, no matter how many times I picked it. It took me back to the original character. I thought that was confusing because I wanted a certain character.

They take no responsibility for their delivery company not ringing bell or knocking on door. Nor did they tell us when it will be delivered. So package got stolen and they say it is not their responsibility. And therefore we are out money and package. Even though I sent video proof. Do not order with them. Unless you are okay with losing money.
