Mostly a scam, most things are broken even if they are supposed to be in working conditions, and they won't refund even if you report it right away.

My entire experience with mega savers auction has been extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I received one lot of items most of which I had to throw out because they were broken or missing pieces even though it was indicated when I placed the bid that the item was 3/3. Also many of the items had clearly been used. One lot went missing and I have been trying for 6 months to retrieve it and have been given nothing but a hard time. In March I was showing a picture of the item located in another province and I was willing to go pick it up however the warehouse was closed when I was in town. When I reached out again to see the status of delivery I was then told that a refund was issued to me in December. I asked twice now to see the refund invoice and have been given nothing but the runaround. This company is lacking customer service skills and quality and I would recommend avoiding it at all costs. I had to give one star but it's definitely zero if I could.

First auction went ok, just took a long time for my item to get to pickup site. Since it went ok I bid more, after I was told I had to Etransfer instead of a credit card until we have established a relationship!? First bid was ok but second one we are strangers?! Etransfer was not excepted, so I guess I don’t get my items but not out any money either. Would have liked the stuff I bidded on

I went to the 1 on 77th street and gave the man $50 for gas. He put it in the wrong gas pump. He put 30 on 1 gas pump and 20 on my gas pump and would not would not give us the rest of the gas so more or less, he stole from us because he made the mistake we had to pay for as customers. I would recommend nobody go to this.They have horrible gas anyways

I would easily give this company a -100 if I could. You win an item and you don't actually know if you will ever receive it. When and if you receive it , it is either damaged or they send something other than what you purchased. Their rating system is so poor, you could almost say it is frauduelent. Customer service does not return emails. I HAVE RETURNED 6 ITEMS SO FAR AND NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY. I have another handful of items from the last batch of goods i received but, no reply from company. I have emailed and called them to no avail. CROOKS....

THIS company frequently changes their return policy. The counter does not allow enough room to safely open your items and inspect them. My more expensive items...an ice cream maker and a luxury towel set were not received it looks like staff may be stealing these items. We will see how they respond to my requests.

Not Recommend ! Scammers, bought 2 trimmers and a couple of household items. But all bad used and missing parts. ( one trimmer broken blade, another one not turning on, car cabin air filter spouse to be new, but used) totally garbage. And I called them, they said you spouse to be email us and get approval for return. I emailed them, they asked for proof, send them a couple photos. Asked me videos , I did. Than they said make another videos. We did. But still says not enough proof. I called again, and I go to there they said sorry we can’t give you any info, email us first and get approval for return than . I just pissed off. If anyone knows where I can complain about them, please let me know

It's a SCAMMM be careful !!! I GOT SCAMMED FOR THE AMOUNT OF 284€ !!!They'll scam your money and give you a fake tracking number which will keep emailing every week saying that's it's somewhere new and in the end it will tell you it's been delivered BUUTT to another totally different country but they'll use something real you have put in your address like in my experience they used the postal code and when you email them they'll always reply at least after a week and say the same thing or send you a picture that it has been delivered from the tracking number and when I sent them an email the same second I made the purchase to cancel it and refund they didn't won't reply before the items been shipped so this way they'll tell you they cant refund you !! And still until now I keep telling them I want a full refund and they keep replying with the same thing that it's been delivered even after emailing them every single day for 2 months and still going, they didn't and won't refund me and just send me the same replies once every week or more Soo DOONTT EVERR TRY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!
