Absolutely awesome meals and I’m a picky eater. Bidson Sliders, steak and sweets, cheese Burger bowl, none of this stuff taste like it would be low calorie. A++++

I have used Megafit Meals THREE times. Yes, they do freeze their meals as do many other meal prep companies. Their meals are freshly made, tasty, balanced and do not upset my stomach at all. I have sensitive stomach. Their meals are low in calories and are very filling. I will highly recommend them.

What I like about Megafit Meals is that you can buy once and don’t have to “subscribe”. Unfortunately, because they flash freeze the meals, they do not reheat well. Even heating using the recommended method of skillet on a stove, they taste like take out leftovers. I tried using the toaster oven to heat french fries and they tasted like clumps of mashed potatoes. The turkey spaghetti was watery. I don’t recommend this meal delivery service.
