Otis AIReviews of meetotis.com

We've been using Otis.ai since its inception as a startup, and it's been incredible to witness the company's growth and the amazing benefits it has brought to our business. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable, always providing expert guidance and advice on the best ways to advertise online, no matter your budget. Their support has been invaluable, and their expertise truly sets them apart. Highly recommend Otis.ai to all my colleagues looking to elevate their online advertising strategies!

Started off great with the customer service and onboarding but then went downhill from there real fast. The software never worked properly and I was on the phone every day with an overseas tech support agent to fix multiple issues. They also never told me that they take a percentage of my ad spend in addition to the monthly fee. And they never told me that the ad spend is fully taken out all at once! It does not work like a regular Facebook ad campaign where they debit your account little by little until you hit your weekly/monthly budget. So my credit card got hit with a huge bill all at once. I was told that the AI needs access to the funds upfront to allocate those funds to the ads that were doing better. Well, thanks for not telling me that! They also need to do that because they take 10%-12% of your ad spend. Which they also did not tell me about in the demo. So make sure you read the fine print. I hate when companies make the client the enemy by doing this. They then terminated my account when I started to complain about the service. Apparently, I was asking too many questions and they reprimanded me for doing so. Shut up and just accept what you're getting. I couldn't believe it. So instead of taking care of the customer "because of problems that THEIR software was having", they decided it was too much work and so they just dropped me as a paying customer and left me high and dry. Very disappointing. Goodbye and good riddance.

Stop breaking your head, start being simple. This is how OTIS has worked for me, great results, I don't have to brake my head thinking in audiences, placements or the best combination to have the best results, OTIS just does that while I can focus on other sides of my business

Extremely disappointed in this companies, service and results. I tried them on two different companies and they failed both. The concept of we just they do is awesome however I spent a lot of money for them to produce a ton of spam leads and then target my branded keywords after being told not to because I was doing this myself. They drove up my cost over 5k I'm 1 week doing this. At first said sorry then said they saw no problem with it. Very dishonest and shady. Gave them so many chances for over 6 months. I don't recommend them. Messaged the manger about the experience and he never responded.

Our engagement with Otis AI began promisingly with an effective sales call, leading us to grant them access to our systems and submit extensive onboarding documentation for our clients. Unexpectedly, at the outset of our campaign launch, Otis AI disclosed that they would use their own accounts for ad management, excluding our MCC account. This was particularly surprising and problematic, as it means losing all historical data should we end our partnership, a practice contrary to all established norms of handling client accounts. Otis AI was unyielding in their stance, despite our discussions. We decided to terminate our agreement early—before any ad campaigns were launched—and requested a refund. Disappointingly, after prolonged communication involving their senior leadership, Otis AI decided to keep the fees, claiming a misunderstanding on our part. It’s rare and generally unacceptable for a reputable firm to manage client ads from their private accounts.
