I want to Thank the CEO of Meetn for contacting me personally to resolve an issue that I had with the App. I must mention that Meetn attracted me from the first email I received from the company about this amazing product that has some awesome features for the marketing professional. I recommend Meetn to any marketer that needs a tool that can interact with your prospects right from your presentation screen. Fritz Tibois

First I want to say that I have used Meetn.com since its inception, and even before that, its precursor, Instant Teleseminar, since ITS inception probably, which spans decades now. UNTIL JUNE 2026, Meetn.com was almost flawless. I was a Beta tester, so we had a few wrinkles to work out, but I LOVED it. Would have given it 5 stars. Then, something happened recently, seemingly in June 2026. I guess the company was sold. And now--anything and everything that could have been messed up, has been, down to the smallest detail (like my email address). Customer service feels like it's being run by AI. It's been 3 months so far of being billed and not even being able to get into my account. This has seriously hampered my business. I had to switch to Google Meet, which is far inferior to what Meetn.com HAD been. What they are now, I can't say, because I can't get into my account. Which means all my old videos are no longer available, and I can't serve my clients well. UPDATE, 9/15/2026: Meetn.com got back to me, and clarified what was happening at their end, and offered a fair resolution. Basically I was grandfathered into Meetn.com from when I was with Instant Teleseminar, and so have been paying IT rather than Meetn.com, which is why they didn't have knowledge of our account. We still have to figure out what to do, but they restored my access to the Meetn.com account and, though I am not crazy about the new interface, it seems to be working fine. So I'm upgrading my review from 1 to 3 stars. It took them FOREVER to unravel this, but I imagine with the new leadership and the changes they made, there were a LOT of customer service issues to resolve. They were courteous throughout the process. It remains to be seen if everything will work as needed; it if does, I may upgrade again.

I’ve been using Meetn and really like it so far. What I find most useful are the built-in tools for sales and marketing. Being able to put forms, buttons, and calls-to-action right in the meeting is super handy. There are a lot of useful features beyond just video calls, and I’m excited to see how Meetn keeps improving.

Meetn has a great interface and is easy to use, has a great service, is reliable, works very good and constant updates.

I purchased Meetn in October 2026 after seeing an ad on Facebook. I watched the webinar and loved the features.The only thing I didn't like were the upsells during the purchasing. I did purchase one because of the value I saw in it but not knowing there would be additional things to buy was the only downside. In January 2026 when I had a slow day I tried to login with the activation key since I was told it did not have an expiration date. I contacted Meetn and after 3 attempts of resending the activation link they found out there was an issue and gave me a work around to access the account. Support was very responsive. Their resource page is good but I would love to see a full lenghth tutorial that walks through all of the features in one video. The current set up is good for brief refreshers on specific features. I watched some on YouTube and was impressed that the founder engaged with some creators and explained Meetn's objective. I love that their target audience is smaller businesses and they offer higher tier features that we can afford which can help us to grow. I like that they are rolling this out slowly and have a real plan to improve it. I'm anxious to be a part of that. I'm here to stay. My favorite features are the record feature, the one click widgets, and the streaming feature (which I have yet to try out). I'm hoping that they will add a feature to add a Power Point Presentation without needing to convert it to a PDF so we can still have access to the Power Point Animations but what's there now is acceptable. I encourage anyone new to Meetn to search Meetn on YouTube to see what real users of the platform say and to hear from the founder in real life and not just in an ad. I did not find the videos to be spammy and it was helpful seeing other beginners trying to figure out the platform in realtime and sharing their experience. Meetn is a keeper for me. Thanks Meetn for understanding that smaller business need powerful business tools too

I'm glad to be a customer. It's the one app I have that pays for itself in the value and convenience it provides. The layout and features are streamlined, elegant, and easy to use. Better than several other programs I've used. Customer service is also good. I sent in a quick note, and a real person sent back a friendly email. I have brief screen freezes from time to time. If that is on their backend (as opposed to internet connection) it's the one thing that deserves resolution. Overall, I highly recommend Meetn. I left Zoom and am happier here. (This review is not solicited).

Excellent videoconferencing tool

Fantastic tool, very glad I found it...and with it, an alternative to the same old googles/zooms. Been actively using it for 2-3 months now. Meetn feels much more like it's MY place where I can greet clients etc., as I'm able to add my own media to my room(s), add several templates such as video clips that I can quickly revert back to and show someone, or have them land on my preferred landing page after the call. Among many other super flexible settings. Highly recommended!
