There is an arrow on the ad bar that allows you to minimize it. The ad may automatically appear again after some time, as the Free Plan is supported by advertising. For a more seamless, distraction-free meeting experience, you can upgrade to our Pro or Developer Plan, where ads are completely removed and you also get additional features such as meeting recording, live streaming, custom branding/white-labeling, your own domain or subdomain, and much more. Regarding the issue where participants were unable to see your video feed, this can sometimes happen due to a few possible factors such as device resource limitations, browser extensions, antivirus or security software blocking video streams, or internet bandwidth constraints. In some cases, it may also depend on whether the meeting was joined through a browser, desktop app, or mobile app. We would be happy to investigate this further and help resolve it.
