Gamechanger! Allows me to record meetings and get the notes as soon as they finish. Excellent for boring meetings and other recurring events that sometimes I cannot attend in real time.

I have been using MeetGeek for a few years now and I'm just blown away by how the platform keeps improving! Initially, I mainly relied on it for transcriptions and transcript-related tasks but now it has become my go-to AI notetaker too. I like how easy the platform is to use and the high quality of both the transcription/caption creation and the AI note taking side of things. I feel as if I've found a Swiss army knife, a hidden gem for my business toolkit. Highly recommended!

MeetGeek has been really helpful for keeping track of what happens in meetings without having to write everything down with pen and paper. I can actually focus on the conversation instead of stressing about notes. It's great to be able to look back on past meetings when I'm trying to remember details or action points. Everything is organised and easy to follow, which makes staying on top of work much easier. Overall, it's a very useful tool and I'd definitely recommend it.

Meetgeek is so easy to use and reliable. Good notes from the meetings as well. One of the best tools I bought.

It supports you during calls by capturing everything. It creates a reliable transcript, giving you the highlights and allowing you to export it for further use. In recent months, AI has also been implemented, allowing you to work and search within your own “archive”. Added to this is the ability to upload external recordings. The only thing missing is a native Mac app to make it truly perfect!

MeetGeek has been one of the highest-leverage tools in my stack. I’ve been using it since the early days, and I’ve even met Dan (the CEO) in person, so I’ve watched the product mature from “promising” to “rock-solid.” It has never missed a meeting. The transcripts are consistently accurate, and the summaries are actually usable. The killer feature for my workflow is how easy it is to take key sections from the transcript and push them straight into Slack and our project management tool. That single capability turns meetings into action without manual copying, rewrites, or “someone needs to type this up later.” Most importantly: it means I don’t have to take notes while I’m on calls. I can stay present with clients and my team, knowing everything is captured and organized. If you run a service business, manage projects, or live in calls all day, MeetGeek is a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

Very useful tool for meeting automation and they have quite a couple of interesting integrations with other platforms such as n8n that I use. Very good value for money imo.
