The whole insurance obtainment process was super easy and an efficient process that could be completed mostly online. It was also nice to have multiple workers message/call/email you as needed and answer any and all questions along the way which made the process even more seamless. All the workers were nice and receptive to your exact needs. I was able to receive high quality STD insurance through them for an affordable price after I was denied by another company and after my works STD was too expensive. I would highly recommend this company.

The customer service team is very attentive, and thorough. When my policy was in the approval stage, I was given a notice that it would be approved with changes, due to a medication I'm on. I was also given this information via mail! Transparent, thorough...everything laid out in black and white. When I didn't sign the paperwork via docusign, the customer service team reached out to make sure I signed it before it expired. It had gone to my spam folder, and I didn't see it. Because the Breeze team is SO on-the-ball, I was able to complete the paperwork in time. They saw I had missed it, and got things on track. Overall, Breeze is very thorough, and very helpful. I'm sure processing a claim will go just as smoothly. I feel very taken care of, already.
