Meelio has been a total game changer for my functional medicine practice. It's an AI platform built specifically for integrative and functional health, and it records and transcribes my appointments in real time, then turns that into structured clinical notes automatically. Beyond just documentation, it pulls in labs, messages, and portal info, and syncing with Cerbo makes my entire workflow so much smoother. It guides me through treatment plan development and offers lab recommendations along the way, and it even helps formulate patient messages through an AI chat linked to all of my patient data, so the suggestions are actually relevant rather than generic. It also double-checks my documentation and offers recommended improvements to the plan, which is a nice extra layer of support. The team is constantly rolling out upgrades and improvements too, so it keeps getting better. And the time savings are huge, it has cut my charting time down astronomically, giving me more time to actually be present with my patients. Highly recommend for any functional medicine practice.

To say that Meelio has changed our practice is a bit of an understatement. We started using Meelio back in may of 2026 to just get our clinical assistances some help with paperwork. It became very clear in about a weeks time that Meelio was much much more than a note taker/scribe. Every month we have seen the app grow and change to greater help us in all areas in our practice. Clinical notes, Follow ups, Wellness plans, you name it. Meelio has allowed us to streamline a lot of our internal processes so that we can focus more on the patient. Meelio has become a core aspect of our practice's tech stack and it will stay there forever. Its too useful of a tool to not have in your tool box. I also cannot say enough about how great the staff there is. If you have an issue or want a new feature, just ask. 9/10 times you will get an email saying "That's a great idea! we will get working on it!" Its very hard to find a company that is willing to hear the issues a practice has and try to fix them. I would recommend Meelio to anyone who has a medical practice that is burdened with a clunky and unintuitive EHR system. I cannot wait to see how much more they grow!

I've recently switched to Meelio from a different AI scribe that I had used for over a year. Wow! What a difference Meelio has made! It offers so much more than the other AI Scribe (Freed) that I used. For one - it's integrated into my EMR (Cerbo) so it pulls my schedule and can integrate my patients past labs and imaging etc...and compile a summary of trends. The templates it uses for clinical notes is top tier, It has the option to create meal plans, emails and treatment plans for patients, write letters for missed work/school and more. They were quick to help me troubleshoot an issue I had initially and it's been working well since then. Their price point is even better that other Scribes! They've saved me time which that alone is enough.

I’ve been using Meelio in my practice and it’s honestly made a big difference to how I work. The care plan creation saves me so much time. Now I can generate a structured plan quickly and then tweak it so it fully reflects my voice and recommendations. It still feels like my work, just without the heavy admin. I also really like the meal plan feature. It helps me create clear, personalised meal plans without starting from scratch every time. That means I can spend more time thinking clinically and less time building documents. For me, the biggest benefit is that it reduces the background workload. I can focus more on my clients and less on paperwork, which is exactly how it should be.
