I saw some negative comments before buying and was hesitant. But everything went fine for me, order processed quickly , tracking worked, product is good. Not sure why people say it's a scam, my experience was totally normal.

The quality of the t-shirt material is good. However, the graphics were terrible. The death star was one black blob and the Darth Vader figure blended in with that. The upper graphics were blurred and two of the three children's names looked like double exposures. I emailed the company. The site said they would reply within 24 hours. They did not.

I ordered a customized pillow for my granddaughter. What arrived looked NOTHING like what was represented, after waiting over a month for it to arrive. I have requested a refund…let’s see how that process goes. UPDATE -full refund issued by company along with discount for future order.
