There's not an option for zero stars unfortunately. I ordered an engraved, personalized plaque for my Pastor on October 12th with confirmation it would arrive no later than October 26th. I have YET to receive it! I submitted 2 support tickets only to receive a "generic" reply that the order is out for delivery. Poor customer service at its worst! I will NEVER order from you again!
