Did not receive item!!!!!

ALERT! ! ! STAY AWAY! This company it’s a FRAUD!Where is my item? I submitted and paid my order in 12/3.I do not get a clear answer when attempt to track this item after a week of hearing nothing, I have submitted several tickets to request update on tracking but no real answer just the same automated email every time. I'm starting to question the legitimacy of this company. S&H was more than the item and it's not worth it. 2nd update. No I have not received any package today is 12/18/25. You claimed to have delivered my package. That is a LIE. The company is from China and it’s a FRAUD! !!

After SEVERAL days of my order saying “delivery attempt failed”, I then received notification that my order was delivered. Package was NOT received. I placed my order on Nov 16th. Today is Dec 14th. I ordered this item as a birthday gift (Dec 15th) and it’s nowhere to be found.

This stainless steel bottle has become my everyday must-have. It keeps water cold for hours, the print is flawless, and it feels incredibly durable, even after being tossed into my bag repeatedly.

Un responsive and has not processed order in 15 days and now kid is without a advent calendar They said to send them a message and they will fix it instead I was told just wait a few days. asking for full refund for shipping and product item was not shipped till around the day it was supposed to be here and that's paying extra for shipping might be worst experience I've had with an online "business" I posted this and asked for help on 11/26 it's 12/16 I payed for expedited shipping btw what good is an advent calendar if I'm not even getting it till after Christmas Called in took several attempts to reach a customer rep once met I was refused service and hung up on. I called again after several attempts I reached someone they asked my name I asked theirs and they hung up I called again and the phone was unplugged but at least I got the last 2 things recorded .
