Ordered item for my wife for our anniversary. Company had no problem taking my payment. Days later I got a "shipment" email. The label was created on 2/9/26 and that was it, order never left the warehouse. I contacted for days into weeks with no response. Had no gift for my wife for our anniversary. It wasn't until I contacted my credit card company to report a fraudulent purchase did the company respond to my numerous emails. Told me my order was lost in transit which is a complete lie as tracking showed only label was created. Company is a scam.

I never received the item. The item was advertised to be received days prior to Valentine's Day. However, it is now one week later and I cannot even receive an update on the location of my gift. I was given a discount coupon to apply to the order, but was unable to apply it. This is bad business as I feel duped into the purchase with a false sense of a discount. Also, the service level for this provider is untrustworthy as well. Based solely on my own experience, I would advise against using this supplier.
