I ordered a customized mother's day mug for my wife. The actual mug bears almost no resemblance to the mug advertised on their site. I have tried reaching out to customer service at least three times with no response. I feel like i was scammed. Update: despite Meear’s response below, nobody from their company contacted me.

Wrote a review before how I received my personalized leggings with no name on them it took almost 3 weeks to get back then received an email from company that they will issue me a refund till this day I have not seen that refund

I ordered on March 23rd. 4/10 I received an email saying my package was delivered in my mailbox or at the mailbox. I dont think it would fit in my mailbox and the mailman would not leave it at the street. I opened a problem ticked, and received an email saying they are working on it. Its been 4 days and havent heard a thing. I have now opened a 2nd ticket. There is no phone number to call for assistance
