Follow up: Medsole RCM posted my private residential address as my business address, and as my mailing address, when a separate mailing address had been given since day 1. (MedSole, see your emails from 2/5/26-7/31/26, and you'll quickly find emails relating to this issue and the wrong EIN created for a Type 2, like several emails from today.) Thank you, Trustpilot, for recognizing I'm not faking or defaming, I'm sharing a horrific experience. Obviously they've already destroyed my confidentiality, I'm not identifying myself here because doing so again exposes my home address in the process; I've had enough of that, thank you. What I do want is a full refund. Final update: MedsoleRCM gave full refund. They also keep emailing me to take down the review, but buyers need to consider their options based on consumers real-life experiences, and a refund does not negate the lived experience, or the ongoing repercussions.

Attempting to get credentialed with MedSole was the biggest mistake I made in launching my practice. Every application they submitted for me was incorrect or incomplete in some way, and I am still feeling the financial impact of that. I have lost thousands of dollars in income that would have been reimbursed by payers by now if they had done things correctly, and I have had to refer out several longtime clients, as MedSole completely dropped the ball on finishing complete applications that would have allowed me to keep them in my new practice and stay afloat financially. Despite repeated requests to speak to their executive leadership or legal team, I did not receive any response from their leadership until I reported them to my state’s attorney general. I did this after they signed a binding contract with a payer, including a federal tax document, in my name without me ever providing them consent to do so, or them even showing me the contract or tax document before signing them in my name. That fraudulent contract committed me to half of my normal reimbursement rate with that payer, and I never would have signed that if I had been able to see it. After I reported them to the state, I did hear back from someone in MedSole operations, who made a lot of promises to fix the situation, most of which were never fulfilled. Additionally, despite advertising all over their website that they are based in Arizona and offer US-based billing, LinkedIn shows that almost every employee is based in Pakistan, and their “address” in Arizona is just a Mail Shack mailbox when you google it. I truly believe MedSole’s business practices are at best misleading to consumers, and at worst, legally fraudulent and devastating to the earning potential of a new business owner.

Incompetent. They didn't know that credentialing me with the state Medicaid did not result in getting credentialed with any of the actual companies ("regional authorities") administering most of the policies, so they falsely assured me only the state Medicaid credentialing was necessary. When I asked for the reimbursement rates for the individual regional authorities, they repeatedly sent me professional sounding emails saying I needed to wait longer. Confronting them with this resulted in them mailing me confirmation of approval with the state Medicaid, never addressing their failure to credential me with the regional authorities or admitting their mistake.

I'm pretty annoyed that Brian from sales keeps clicking our ads to spam our emails about this platform. It's a surefire way to get us to not use your platform.
