Medity Health legging products (sigvaris) help me manage my early lymphedema following my recovery from cancer. Customer care is attentive and quick to assist. On my 3rd order of products, the package was delayed by FedEx. Customer care sent out a duplicate order right away for me to receive it when needed.

Medity Health offers great customer service, competitive pricing, discount/loyalty rewards, and a good array of products. If you have any questions or issues, customer service is there to help, answer, and make it right. I have ordered from Medity Health at least 3 times and recommended them to several of my healthcare colleagues.

Update: Apparently, my 1st email was missed plus the new change in the catalog, caused the problem. After contacting the 2nd time, I got an immediate response to my concern as well as a sincere apology for the confusion. I received my order very quickly and I’m very impressed with customer service. Thank you Alex for your help in this matter. I have changed my revised my review based on wonderful customer service. I have not received my order # 2074438. I ordered this on June 28th and contacted customer service and it’s been radio silence from your company. I’ve contacted customer service again today. I’m not sure what’s going on since my first order had no problems. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from your company again.

I wear compression socks for fast walking. I average about 35 miles a week and have ordered compression socks from several different online suppliers. Medity Health has been the best yet.

Since I am short, I like that these compression stockings can be customized to fit me well.
