Esther was excellent as a Cust rep. I erred in the product num ..and called to let her know that I did a return. She explained that she would refund my account and then then charge the correct product.

The price and the shipping was fast

I wanted to be removed from the auto shipments after receiving a noticed that my auto shipment was being processed. When I asked to be removed from auto I received a prompt reply that I would be removed and the charge that had already been processed was cancelled and refunded to my credit card. This gave me assurance that this company is legitimate and a company I trust to do business with.
