Easy to find what I need
Easy to find what I need. Like the variety of options and companies when choosing items to order. Would like to be able to request shipper or at least know which shipper the charges are for prior to placing an order because some shippers do better than others for our area.

I'm buying a good brand-name product
I'm buying a good brand-name product, Simply Thick, at a price somewhat lower than I found elsewhere. MedicalMega also gave me a good discount for buying a case of the liquid. Shipping and delivery were fair and prompt too. I would recommend MedicalMega to my family and friends. I'm happy to have found them online and will continue to buy their products.

Received supplies promptly and even though there was one mixup- it was taken care of quickly and all was good. The reason for not ordering recently is the death of the patient- my husband.
