prompt & courteous service

The supplies I ordered were sent out promptly but Federal Express did not deliver them at all after I paid a premium for 2 day delivery. I called Medical Mega and asked if they could follow up with issue and they said they would but I never got a phone call back. It is now 10 days since I placed my order and no info from Fed Ex (by the way I place a complaint with them and they also said a rep would call I'm still waiting) So I did call my credit card company and disputed the charge. I really think this is Fed Ex's problem but I also feel that Medical Mega could have been a little more involved after all this is a medical supply company.

Purchased medical supplies that were needed in a timely manner, Nothing indicated any thing was not in stock, before or during the order process, only after ordering, and only if the order status was looked at latter. I had to order the same supplies from a different supplier to get them on time. Medical Mega needs to refine their ordering process to address this problem. This is medical supplies not normal consumer goods, sometimes they are really needed to arrive on time.
