I first used Halyard's Mouth Moisturizer when I was in the hospital. For years I've dealt with badly chapped lips and nothing OTC ever helped, but this did. I looked it up online to see about ordering some. The price of the mouth moisturizer was decent but the standard shipping was twice as much as the cost of the product. Yes, I received it in a timely manner and the order was correct, but come on folks, shipping that costs twice as much as the product?
