Great product! My 92 year old mother can use this pill crusher easily whereas all others were difficult for her. Too bad the shipping was almost as much as the product.

I bought the 6% dimethicone cream. I work outdoors & there is not enough hand cream in the world. Great skin protestant. It's nice to get a break from all the fragrances as well, or I should say it's not fragranced & will not clash with other scents or irritate your nose.

I am very frustrated. I bought the blood pressure unit #UA-651BLE. I was unhappy with the functionality of the unit and asked for an RA. I was then told that , essentially once the box was opened it could not be returned, no RA could be issued and the gauge could not be returned. . That’s got to be the most illogical response a customer had ever received. At the very minimum I would expect that I be notified, prior to purchase, that this could not be returned once the box was opened and the unit was “used”. How is anyone to make a decision to buy or return, if once the box is opened return is not allowed. Please review this matter and let me know what logic, absent a notification prior to purchase that opening the box negates returns! To implement a policy that effectively no returns are acceptable, should be advertised “upfront” So the consumer can then decide to risk purchase or not. I buy products online quite often and have never been denied the right to return the product unless I was so notified prior to purchase. I look forward to your response.
