Update. Called customer service again and they sent me my product via FedEx this time. My items came to me within two days. So even though I had the problem not getting them on time they did Rectify it so I'm changing my star ratings from one star to four stars. The comment below was sent when I didn't get my products. I ordered twoseparate orders on December 9th 2020. I got an email from the Postal Service saying that my item was delayed to the 14th. Here it is the 18th and when I click on the tracking number it says it doesn't exist. I called customer support and they say that they see that the last one from the postal service was on the 14th and that should be receiving it soon. I paid $8.45 I believe for shipping and handling. That amount of money must be going for the handling fee and not the shipping. The reason I say this is that I live in the state of New York and it's being shipped from New Jersey. It shouldn't take that long. A first class letter would have made it here by then. I understand the vaccination distributions taken precedent over mail. But my item was mailed on the 10th way before the vaccination distribution. Today's the 18th and I'm still waiting on the medical supplies that I needed.

Ordered paraffin wax refill unscented as I’m allergic to perfumes. First I got 1 of the 6 packages and then the rest came and are peach scented. So sorry but 2 stars.

Medical Mega is a great place to buy my ostomy supplies. The prices are great and the shipping is quick...even when my supplies have gotten low due to my oversight, they are great to get things out the door quickly!!
