I’m a regular user of these superior online products. It usually takes about 10 minutes from start to finish to place my order but the company has disabled some ordering features that made the process a snap so it took a bit longer. None were of relative to increased security or shortcuts to future processing so it was a bit annoying because I noticed there was no longer a "phone your order in" button either. It had been removed. Perhaps these changes were a result of Covid cutbacks? Not sure, but I was relieved to see their quick shipping of my order was the same as always...3 days. Great products, good prices every time so you’ve got my business for a lifetime as long as the prices remain fair. Thank you!

GOOD products and way cheaper than many other places even with the cost of shipping. Also the descriptions of each item are very complete. So you know exactly what you are buying.

This company apparently has no consideration for their customers. They supposedly had bad storms that prevented my order from being filled in the timely fashion that I paid extra for, and so sent it out the night before I was supposed to receive it. They couldn't be bothered to send me an email letting me know that there was a weather-related delay. Also, a representative lied to me on the first call I made regarding my package, saying it had shipped out already, when it had not left their warehouse yet, this negating my ability to cancel the order. Reps were impatient and lacked empathy which is really crappy for a medical company.

I am very happy with my orders. They were fast, order was correct and arrived on time. No problems whatsoever.
