received wrong item however i call customer service and had the problem corrected i returned the wrong item and received the correct item. good work. i reason i gave you a 4 star was because of receiving the wrong item the first time, however 5 stares for correction or the problem..

Both products are very good and helped clear up the problem we were having with the area that we needed the product for.

Your company sent me the wrong package. It was not what I ordered. It was completely different from the picture on the site and what I thought I was getting. What I paid for. You ripped me off. I would never order another thing from you again and I will make sure to tell all of my other disabled friends that your company is full of crap and don't order anything because you won't get what u paid for. Plus the price went from three dollars and change all the way to 18. That's crazy. Your company is a huge rip off taking advantage of people. I have a medical condition in which I cannot speak. If I could I would have called you when I received my package to tell u that u sent me the wrong thing. But instead I just had to accept the ripoff. Thanks for nothing. I ordered a black cloth tracheostomy tube collar and u sent me a white foam tracheostomy tube collar. I have those already. How upsetting and I'm still pissed off.
